Have a user who was on LOA, not showing in Users or Managed Accounts, but when trying to provision from Atlassian Cloud it fails and reason it fails/skips is because showing as a Redundant Export. Not showing as an external customer in Jira and is in Entra ID group that is synced directly to Atlassian/JSM

HI Kent,

Welcome to the community. Haven't encounter this error. I have use provision for a while through various instances but seem to be relatively stable once everything is up and running. The only thing I can think of base on that message is that user already exist outside of your organization and that's why you can't provision. I have a had issue in the past where a users had sign up for other atlassian apps on their own like trello or their free instance. This causes conflicts where you this user already exist in the Atlassian cloud. If this user is part of your verified domain, you can pull the list of users belonging to that domain and see if they exist. IF so, you can just claim them back in as a managed accounts. You'll need to in order for them to be sync with your Entra ID.
