When I am trying to add an attachment to an issue (in this case, a .png/.csv), I continually get the following alert:
We couldn't save your attachment. Reload the issue then try adding it again.
I have tried refreshing the page, but to no avail.

Just for us to better understand and help you with this issue, I'll make some questions:
Is this issue happening on the customer portal or on the agent view?
Can you please open the developer tools on your browser and check if it shows any other error while trying to add an attachment?
Is it happening only with png and CSV files?
Can you test using another browser and incognito mode?
Are you the only user facing this issue?
