The data present in your database is newer than the version of JIRA you are trying to startup.
Database build number: 710002
JIRA app build number: 73015

No backup....

There is no way to "roll back" without restoring a pre-upgrade-attempt database.

You will need to install a version of Jira that matches 710002 (i.e. Jira 7.10.1) and point it to the database.

You could use the startup option called

-Djira.downgrade.allowed=true

If this is set in the Settings properties and options on startup, then Jira will attempt to downgrade your version.

That said, I don't usually recommend this option.   Atlassian provides supports for upgrades.  However Atlassian does not explicitly support downgrades.  It's possible this could work without a problem, but it might not be possible to downgrade your data without some level of data loss.

So before you do anything else at this point;  Make a backup.    That way in case there is some problem with the downgrade, you can then at least revert to this version.

Just out of curiosity, why do you want to rollback this upgrade to 7.10.1?   Is there a problem with this version?
