Upgrade Servicedesk and Software

We are having the startup license for Jira service desk and we are using jira software as well.

Below is the SEN details

1.SEN-13127126 (jira SD)

2.SEN-13127127 (Jira software)

I am getting just confuse with the version as we need to upgrade Jira SD asap

Can you please help in this

Hi!

I hope in that case better way is raise issue to Atlassian license request https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portals

Also, please, check info in my.atlassian.com who bought licences
