Upgrade Jira from 7.13 To 8.1

Dear Lovely Community,

i was using Jira on windows and updating it was a 2 minutes processes.

Now that i have switched to linux i can't find a way to update jira version i have checked the link provided and even my developer couldn't help.

is there any tip we can follow to simplify this?

PS: i'm using Jira core with Service Desk app.
