Upgradation of DC Jira service service desk latest version.

currently we are using Jira service desk data center 4.5.2 version and OS Linux 3.10.0-957.el7.x86_64 and DB postgres72. we are planning to upgrade latest Enterprise version and might require your assistance and please provide upgrade steps and supported platforms.
