Updating user master data via import or by connecting to a directory service
Hello,
We are currently looking into the possibility of using Jira Service Management in the Data Center version.
On the topic of user master data, we are investigating if you have the possibility to maintain user master data such as email address, phone number, location etc.. These should be able to be updated via import or by connecting to a directory service.
Which directory services can be mapped/used?
Can an import be carried out via file, if so how must the structure be?
Is it possible to implement this?
