Updating Jira Service Desk version 4.1.0 to 4.5.1 (as per Security Warning 11/06)

This is on an on premise server.  Jira Software Version is 8.1.0.

Hi @Thomas Murray , 

the easiest way is to upgrade through the OBR file from the marketplace. Otherwise, it's a full upgrade where you will have to follow this procedure : https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/upgrading-jira-applications-938846936.html
