I am trying to update existing issues in Jira Service Desk Cloud by importing a CSV, but the Issue Key field is not available to map. (See attached screenshot.) I tried matching on the Issue Id instead, but that created all new issues. I have done this before successfully but now I don't know why the Issue Key is not available.

The following way should work better according to user reports:
Under JIRA Administration > System
look for Import & Export > External System Import and there select "Import from Comma-separated Values (CSV)".
This needs support from your Jira Administrator if you do not have Jira Administrator global permission.
Please kindly check if this was the option you used during the last import.
