Add article failed before reaching the limit of 100 articles

100 is the limit on the number of articles per category according to this document:
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/categorize-knowledge-base-articles/
The limit was increased from 50 to 100 in March 2023. I don't see a change request in Atlassian's public backlog for JSD Cloud to increase the limit again.
