A few days ago, I submitted an app to the Atlassian marketplace to be reviewed and published. I got an email saying that the app was successfully submitted and under review but I am unable to view the issue that was created for this (which was mentioned in the email).
All the relevant links are either broken or forbidden despite me using the same email address as the one that submitted the app. The link to reset the password leads to a 404 page. The "track application process" link is forbidden (same as the "raise an app review request" link) -
I also see that the app was rejected with the reason given as "Security requirements not met" which is very vague. I am not sure what the exact reason for this is and would like to get some more clarity -
Is there any way that I can get the required permissions to view the issue created? This should greatly help with making any necessary fixes to the app.

I've faced the very exact problem with not being able to see the ticket. Contact Atlassian support about this problem and attach the screenshot that you have.
Pro tip: Try to avoid the call that they will offer you, this is a trivial task.
