Unable to remove Jira subscription of our account

CAN SOMEONE ADVISE ON HOW TO REMOVE SUBSCRIPTION FOR OUR ACCOUNT. I DONT SEE THE OPTION TO REMOVE SUBSCRIPTION.

If you are an admin - settings > Billing > manage subscriptions
