Unable to modify project settings after upgrading to Jira Service Management 5.3.0

We recently upgraded our on-premises server to Jira Core 9.3 and Jira Service Management 5.3.0. After the upgrade, I'm no longer able to modify any project setting. I simply get a page warning saying "Snap! You can't view this page". I also continue to get error popups saying Your access to Atlassian Support and new releases for Jira Service Management has expired even though the expire date of the license is sometime in 2023. Any ideas here? Thanks in advance.
