  • Are you the only user facing this issue?
  • Are you able to access the queue on other service desk projects?
  • Is this a classic or a next-gen project?
  • When did this issue start?
  • Please, open the developer tools on your browser and check if it shows any other error that can help us identify what is causing this issue.

Hi Angelica,

  • Other users are also facing the same issue.
  • yes, we are able to access the other queue.This issue trigger for only 1 queue.
  • Classic
