I'm trying to reinstall an app that was previously running and that we uninstalled a few hours ago, but we get this weird issue saying We ran into a little trouble It might just be a hiccup. Some of our clients have this issue too with the same app.
None of the forum entries I found about this issue allowed to solve the issue, so if you have ideas of things to do and try to make it work, it will be great!

Hi @Joseph Chung Yin thank you for those precisions.
I forgot to mention that we are the developers of the app that cannot be installed anymore: we have been warned by some customers who could not install it, and after uninstalling it from our own cloud account we are indeed unable to install it again for a reason that looks related to Jira as there is no trace of error on our end :/
