Unable to install Jira Sevice Desk 3.14 using Add-ons Jira Development Jira Server

Hi Team

I have installed JIRA Core Software V 7.11 and download the “atlassian-servicedesk-3.14.10-x64.bin” and audit log says “failed to install add-on plugin_449914081550471804-atlassian-servicedesk-3.14.0-x64.bin”

Seeking assistance on priority

Hi Prasanna, 

In order to add Jira Service Desk as an additional application, you need to upload the OBR version instead of the bin. 

You can get these from here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1213632/jira-service-desk/version-history

If you use the OBR then you should be able to install successfully through the UI.
