Unable to install Apps - cloud instance

I have been told that I was given org admin access, but I still am not able to install apps from the market place. I get the following error when I try to install an app. 

"Only site admins can start trails for paid apps, and unfortunately you are not one of them. Share this app with your site admin to install it for you"

How do I approach this?

You need to be a site admin, not an application administrator.

My current admin couldnt see any option to make me a site admin and he had given me the org admin access thinking that will provide me with ultimate access to install apps, but that didnt work. Kind of confused now...

Hi @RamR 

Jira Settings - Administration - pick a user and under ROLES select the role:

Once you have Site Administrator, your name will have both ORG & SITE ADMIN against it.
