According to article

There is supposed to be tab "Integrations" inside Operations => side bar More Actioons => General Configuration => Select Integrations.
I opened General Configurations of Operations (checked not operations too), and i see only tabs "Audit logs", "Role assignment", "Chat and video tools", "Maintanance", "On-call schedules", "Escalation policies", "Merge teams"
But there is no "Integrations" tab
The end goal was try to write in Grafana alerting contact point for JSM (article says we could use opsgenie for JSM), but this action seems impossible to do due to lack of "integrations" tab.
How to acomplish forwarding Grafana alerts into JSM?
@andrei novoselov To add a global integration, your app must be on a Service Collection Premium or Enterprise plan. Access to global integrations in Jira Service Management is only available with these plans, as outlined in the following article:
