I've installed several add-ons (cloud Jira) and all of them are inactive due to missing license.
Whenever I try to evaluate trial license, the progress bar reaches about 80% and Updating add-on licenses modal disappears.
Re-installing add-on doesn't solve the problem.
@Joanna Szuba, see if you can go to the Marketplace and start a free trial from there. Just search for your addon and make sure it is for cloud and click free trial. Be sure to log into the Marketplace. Also try a different browser and attempt to install via the Manage Addons. I know I had issues awhile back w/ Safari.
If all this fails I would reach out to Atlassian Support

It's a bit confusing. I don't know how am I supposed to use "Cloud site". I have admin permissions to Jira, however I didn't create it.

I’m confused by this as well and suggest opening a request with support via my previous link. Unless you are on a starter license in which case the Community is your best bet.
