Hi Guys,
I've created a specific bundled form. I go to the specific request type and I can add it.
I want to make the field hidden, it allows me to do so but I get a pop up saying that "You must provide a value when a field is Hidden" but there are no options to set when I try to do so.
When I go to the ticket on the Agent View, and click on Edit within the ticket then click on Configure Fields on the top right hand corner, I can see the bundled form option and it displays on the edit screen.
When I click update nothing happens.
How do I get it to display on the Agent's View?
