Unable to delete Test Cycle

I am trying to delete an existing Test Cycle. But it is throwing error. 

How to resolve this issue. Kindly assist.

Is this related to a third party add-on since Test Cycle is not a standard Jira Software/JSM out of the box functionality?  If so, you will need to contact the add-on vendor for their direct support.
