Unable to call the Insight rest API for testing in Server/DC

I am going to integration insight rest api with my Jira app. In this case i was trying to hit the endpoint from the browser, which is giving 404
http://host:port/context/rest/insight/api-version/resource-name
Can you please help me how to get it activate this rest end point.
I am installed JSM for (Server/DC) 5.1.1. And also again installed Assests from Market place and tried. But still this end point is not working.
