Hello everyone ,
I added recently new users in user management as a customer, than in JSM project i add them and i assigned customer service desk role , but once i want to add them as a participant in a request the field return empty after adding them .
But if i added other customer it works fine the problem only for thoses new customers that i added manually .
Can you help me to resolve this problem?

IF your portal is setup so user need to login, before getting acces, the actions you have taken invited them, but you can't use there accounts in request participants until they have accepted the invite and have logged in.
Until then as a workaround, add there mail addresses directly in the RP field?
