Unable to add a request type to another email account

I created a new email address voys@ and want to add a request type to it. But the only one I can add is the "default" emailed request. I have a company based project (Cloud version)

Hi @Bianca de Weerd 

You can only add request types to email addresses, if the request type only contains the fields Summary, Description and optional Attachment.

Request with more fiedls options are not eligible for creating work items via email.
