Since yesterday neither me nor anyone else in team unable to access spaces and individual tasks in jira — I got 404, other people got continuous redirects on login. Tasks are still visible on various home and recent pages. I can see space settings, but not spaces themselves
UPD: turns out it was payment issue after all
Can you try another browser, incognito window, clear cache and cookies, disable any browser plugins and check browser version
Have permissions been changed?
Are you using a VPN or are you on a company network, are there changes made in configurations?
Are the users still assigned a license, as your tags shows Free, how many users are licensed.
If you can't see this via admin.atlassian.net, reach out to a site or org admin on your instance.

It's not a cache issue, I tried with two different browsers in incognito or without it. Permissions wasn't changed, VPN or company network not used. I don't think we have any licensed users.
For admin.atlassian.com it prompts me to create org, I'll ask initial maintainer
