I created a Jira Service Management Project and assigned me maximum rights but now I am unable to access Channel items like Portal, Email, Widget, Chat etc. My colleague who is a JIRA Administrator does have this access. I am also an Administrator to but I lack this feature. The page says: ""
It seems that your account xyz.com doesn't have access to the help center.
Try contacting your admins to grant you permissions.
Please suggest what am I missing?
Hi @Muhammad Shahan Rashid , welcome to the Community. What does maximum rights mean? Are you an Org admin, Project admin, Service Team, etc? Can you share more info? A screenshot of your project permissions?
