Unable to accept team invite in Jira Service management

I have been invited to join my team but cannot accept the invite. I can click accept, but the link does not take me anywhere that confirms the acceptance, it seems to take me to the home page. The administrator has tried removing me and adding me back several times with no success. I have also tried in incognito mode. It says that I am still invited yet have clicked all the 'accept' links. Any suggestions on what to try next? This is using a company email address.

Hi @Jack Brickey thanks for the note. Here are a couple screenshots of what I am seeing, I am trying to join a team in Jira Service Management. I am trying to join as an agent, not a customer. I should be an admin on this account. When I click accept, the link takes me to the second screenshot, but never actually adds me to the team. The owner of this team can see that my invite has not been accepted, despite having tried several times in multiple browsers, as well as incognito. We have removed me from the tam and re aded as well with a new invite link with no luck. I am logged in when clicking the invite from my email.

Hi @Michelle van Hilten , it would be great to see some screenshots of the progression so that we could clearly assess. Is this an email invitation?Are you being invited to JSM or a "Team". If You are being invited to JSM is this as an Agent or Customer. If you already have access to JSM and being invited to a Team I assume you are logged in when clicking the invitation link? Have you attempted other browsers?

@Michelle van Hilten , thanks for the screenshots. At first glance I believe that you were successful and accepting the invitation and now have access to the instance but the project permissions are not set up set that you can access any projects. I would ask your admin to go into the specific JSM projects and check to see if you have the necessary permissions.
