Unable to Receive Emails on Jira Service Management

Dear Atlassian Support,

I am experiencing an issue where emails are not being received in Jira Service Management for both of the created IDs. Here are the details of the issue:

  1. Issue Summary:

    • Emails are not being received in Jira Service Management for the following email IDs:

      • opsupport@jobizo.atlassian.net

      • techsupport@jobizo.atlassian.net
    • This issue persists across different email providers.

  2. Expected Behavior:

    • The system should receive and process incoming emails as tickets or notifications.

  3. Actual Behavior:

    • No emails are being received in Jira Service Management.

    • No error messages or logs indicating the issue.

Please assist in troubleshooting this issue. Looking forward to your guidance.

Welcome @pratika 

What is usually happening that these emails have been put on the supression list by Atlassian. To see this, you need to go to Settings > System > Admin email audit and see if these emails are appearing here, so you can unblock them.

 Welcome to the community.

@Nikola Perisic is correct or check in your JSM project the Customer Notification Logs.

This option is under the Project Settings option in the sidebar
