I am experiencing an issue where emails are not being received in Jira Service Management for both of the created IDs. Here are the details of the issue:
Issue Summary:
Emails are not being received in Jira Service Management for the following email IDs:
opsupport@jobizo.atlassian.net
This issue persists across different email providers.
Expected Behavior:
The system should receive and process incoming emails as tickets or notifications.
Actual Behavior:
No emails are being received in Jira Service Management.
No error messages or logs indicating the issue.
Please assist in troubleshooting this issue. Looking forward to your guidance.

What is usually happening that these emails have been put on the supression list by Atlassian. To see this, you need to go to Settings > System > Admin email audit and see if these emails are appearing here, so you can unblock them.

@Nikola Perisic is correct or check in your JSM project the Customer Notification Logs.
This option is under the Project Settings option in the sidebar
