Unable to Log in to Mobile App

I can log in to desktop browser software just fine but the same credentials are not working with the mobile app "Jira Cloud by Atlassian" A screen flashes that says it could not log me in and takes me back to the main login page. It flashes so quickly, I cannot screen shot it.

Are you logging into mobile on Android or iOS?  Have you ever been able to log in?

I am logging in to the ios. I have never been able to log in before to the app, I am a new hire, thanks.

@mekee Can you confirm with your administrator that you are on cloud and that you have the cloud application installed on your iOS device?
