Unable to Import Project Issues with Attachment

Hi,

I am trying to import (CSV file) some of the Jira Project Issues that has attachment. Some of those issues has attachments with them which are not getting imported successfully. Its failing with the below error message. Did anyone experience this before? Any suggestions towards resolving this issue is greatly appreciated.

Sorry to see you are facing this problem.

Indeed, the problem you mentioned where imported attachments are not properly rendered in the new issue view is a known bug in Jira Application. We've reported it with our development team in the link below:

Importing attachments via CSV is adding broken attachments links for the new Jira issue view. 

Feel free to vote and watch the bug to increase its priority and also receive notifications about its fix implementation and possible workarounds.

For now, the steps to fix this bug must be done by the internal Atlassian Support team, so I created the following support ticket to have it fixed for you:
