Hi everyone,
I’m currently in the app publishing review process, and a ticket has been assigned to me (Ticket: ECOHELP-107591). However, I’m unable to access it — I receive a permission error / the page is not accessible.
I’m logged in with the same Atlassian account used for the Marketplace submission.
Has anyone encountered this before?
Do I need to request specific access, or is there a different portal where review tickets are shared?
Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi Prashant, Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
This is normal behavior in Jira Service Management Cloud for Marketplace review tickets. When you submit an app for review, Atlassian automatically creates an ECOHELP ticket in their internal system, but partners are not always added to the ticket automatically, even if it is assigned to them. That’s why you’re seeing the permission error. You don’t need a different portal. Just click “Request access” on the ticket page, or contact Atlassian Marketplace/Developer Support and ask them to add your Atlassian account as a participant on ECOHELP-107591. Once they add you, you’ll be able to view and comment on the ticket.
