Hello,
We are unable to contact billing support through the correct channel, as the form is not loading.
Our Jira subscription was upgraded to a paid plan, and we urgently need to downgrade back to the Free plan and stop billing.
This is impacting our operations, and we need assistance as soon as possible.
Additionally, we have sent 7 emails to growth@atlassiansupport.atlassian.net and have not received any response.
Please redirect this request to the appropriate billing team if needed.
