Two-way calendar synchronization (google calendar)

I want to be able to integrate personal calendars into Jira. I want the calendar to be a separate interface, not linked to projects. If an employee adds an event to the Jira calendar, it will appear in Google Calendar, and vice versa. It's important to be able to link tasks to events. I tested the "Calendar for Jira" plugin, but events only sync after about 5 minutes. That's a long time. Could someone please advise if you've had a similar situation, what did you use?

You could look at, multiple options like;

• calendar-for-jira 
• google-to-jira-gmail-calendar-drive-chrome 

But I do think the sync time, you can't influence anywhere, I think this is a Google default.
