Turn on rich editing on Jira service desk cloud version

Hi,

I'm using the server version of Jira, but I'm currently trying out the Cloud version which I find a bit different. I can't seem to turn on the Rich editing like in the server version, I have read this article : https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver077/rich-text-editing-945533583.html

But this doesn't apply to the cloud version.

You can see the screenshot comparison, the Rich Editor option is missing. Do you know any way to implement this ?

Hi Christophe,

The doc you mentioned is specifically for the Server version. For Cloud, it is currently under dev - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-8943
