How to turn Off Administrator Access Login in service desk stand alone server.
I have tried to modify jira-conf.properties file with line "jira.websudo.is.disabled = true" and JSD still ask to prompt administrative password each 10 minutes. I even tried to make delay 100 minutes, but it still don't work.
I need to remove this prompt to ask access, because I have lengthy deploy and it stops, all the time when password is asked.

Quick question: did you restart Jira after the changes and did you call the file jira-config.properties? See here for details.

Yes I did restart jira and file is called - jira-config.properties
Also this solution works on jira software server, but not on stand alone service desk
