Hi @Israel Santos Pinto

Welcome to the community.

If the Ceptha bridge gives a 410, as this is a MS item, you might need to seek support at MS.

The 410 indicates the remote server is gone

Can you access the JIra instance and the project where you want to  update information?

Are you using this 3rd party app, https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/9203/ceptah-bridge-for-jira-and-ms-project-synchronisation ?

If so reach out to their support,

Hi Israel,

This happens because of breaking changes in Jira Cloud REST API. Please upgrade to the latest Ceptah Bridge version from the website www.ceptah.com.

Regards,
Sergey

Hi @Israel Santos Pinto , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your post.

Do you access the Jira site? This error typically means the project has been deleted / isn't available anymore. Is it possible that the key has been changed / updated?

Best wishes

@Israel Santos Pinto

Welcome to the community.  To supplement two other community champions' inputs, have you try your operation against other projects?  Can you access the Jira/JSM site directly?

Best, Joseph
