Trying to change the labels in satisfaction settings. (Strings associated to the stars)

Hi,

I would like either to:

- change the labels associated with the stars:

"Very poor, Poor, Average, Good, Very good"

- change the translation of these labels.

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

When using the satisfaction survey, currently, there is no option to customize the labels. There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of such ability:

• Customize the Service Desk satisfaction survey labels

There are also other suggestions since the survey doesn't have many options for customization:

• Allow customized satisfaction options icons
• Customize Satisfaction Feedback wording on every selected rating
• As an admin I want to be able to add description for star rating
