Is there automation Trigger when the SLA pause by time?
Like on the working sched 9:00- 17:00? So the trigger is Pause when 17:00 exceed?
SLA Trigger pause I need so I can auto edit the fields on holidays and weekend.
The schedule trigger can't accommodate the holidays.
There is no 'paused' trigger for automation rules.
But maybe you could create a scheduled automation rule that retrieves all 'paused' tickets via JQL ?
Ex. "Time to resolution" = paused()
