Hi,
Why can't I translate all workflow statuses in a next-gen project.
This is the workflow:
And these are the options for translate. "Waiting for approval" is missing:
How can I translate "Waiting for approval" which is a custom status, not a system status.
Similar problems with some custom fields.
Hi CPR-kontoret,
Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
I tested on my local environment and it works adding a new status and I see the option to translate (tested with Portuguese and Spanish).
Can you please let us know what is the language that you need to translate this status?
Would it be possible to test a new request type and add a new status to check if it show the option to translate?
Is this happening only with this status? Have you tested adding another one on the same workflow?
Regards,
Angélica
Hi Angélica,
Thanks for getting back to me.
We have copied a workflow to all request types in a next-gen project. However, it does seems like JSD doesn't recognize it at the same workflow.
Is this happening only with this status?
Nope. Same problem with some custom fields.
Have you tested adding another one on the same workflow?
Yes, same problem. Some times it works, sometimes it doesn't.
Would it be possible to test a new request type and add a new status to check if it show the option to translate?
Done. Same problem.
Thanks,
Jes

Thank you for the details.
Is this happening using a specific language? Which one?
If you are familiar with another language, can you test adding this other language and check if it will show the option to translate?

Hi Angélica,
The language was Danish.
We have deleted the project - The next-gen projects seems to be a bit buggy compared to the classic projects. Classic projects also seem to give you more configuration options.
Thanks for your help.
Thanks,
Jes
