Hi to all,
I would like to adapt some transition in my workflow. One of the transition is for rejecting a ticket back to "customer" if he entered something wrong.
Afterwards he has to complete the ticket and forward it again to the service desk team.
It has to do with the transition of the current status. Is it a trigger or a setting or a special property? How can I adapt the options (marked blue in screenshot) in the customer ticket view?
Can somebody help me?

Hi Aleksander,
If you have project admin or jira admin rights, you can adjust those items in blue (just the bottom 3). THose are workflow transitions and whomever has created your workflow has ticked the box to allow these transitions to appear on the portal.
So you need to edit your workflows in order to control which transitions appear and how they act.
