Transfer info between Jira and CIC

We're using Jira for ticket / service desk functions, and CIC by Genesys for other facets of the system. Jira uses JSON and RESTful service calls, CIC primarily uses SOAP calls.
I can build a service to transfer data between the systems, but I want to make sure if there isn't such a system or process already.
Anyone aware of one?
