To hide the Service Desk in the menu bar, which modules of the add-on to be disabled ?

I think it's an important feature required to gradually deploy JIRA Service Desk. Which module(s) of the add-on should be disabled?

For your reference.

I've disabled below two modules to temporarily before I complete the implementation and decide to roll out to user community.

1. createissue-replacement
2. servicedesk-section
