HI,
Is there a way we can get the username keyed in by the user in the Jira customer portal login screen. We need the value to pass it to another script.
It's not possible to get any info before the user logins. That would be eerr... unethical (to be mild). It's like asking to know what the user could type when typing his credit card details.. With that said you get only get the user's login after he logs in. Other than that, perhaps you could find a way to add a field if the user forget the password and work with that.
We have integrated Servicedesk with Crowd. Few users are unable to login because their accounts are deactivated in crowd due to inactivity . I am trying to setup a utility for the user to activate their account themselves instead of reaching out to us to enable it.

Welcome to the community. Are you developing custom process using REST APIs? Please advise.
