Timezone - daylight saving

In the calendar in Jira SLAs does it take daylight savings into account?  We are mostly based in the UK so in the summer go 1 hour forward of GMT.

Also, do comments and audit history entries take summer time into account?

If not then is there a way of automating the switch at a specific calendar and system level to take day light savings into account?
