Hello Community,
we have some Service Desk projects which are synchronized to JIRA via the backbone.
Here the error occurs sporadically that the SLA time from the Service Desk ticket is not handed over into the field "Time to resolve issue" in Jira, but the value "$remainingTimeHumanReadable".
However, the SLA value should actually be passed in this field.
Do you know how this bug can be fixed?
