Hi all, I have some jql querries for time to resolution, and sometimes is that issue passed one of this querry but time to resolution is for „all unmapped issue” . For example i create issua with: custom_field=a and custom_field_b = x and priority = critical. Goal is 4 hours. But in jira it wil be another time. And when i try to search issue bu value some of this custom fields it dont show this issue for me. Can somebody help me with this issue?

I would recommend you creating a ticket with Atlassian Support at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ to have a look at this. Please inform the issue number which does not show in search and showing the wrong SLA value.
