Hello,

We have identified that our Time to Resolution reports convert hours into days using 24 hrs as a conversion unit rather than 8 hrs. This is happening even thought time tracking is currently on.

I was wondering if you could help us with this issue.

'Hours per day' — enter a suitable value (e.g. 8). You can enter fractions if you wish.
