Time to First Reponse value is blank when mail subscription is enabled.

I have subscribe for Mail alert . But when the ticket details is displayed in Mail the Time to First Response field is having blank value. Please can someone help on this.

How are you putting the time to response field into the email?

We have subscribed to that filter so, automaticaly , the ticket details are displayed in Mail. But for time to response field only, the data is blank.
