Hi everyone,
I am having an issue when the Time to First Response is not shown properly on Jira Service Desk Dashboards. For instance, it shows that it took our team more than 10 hours to respond last week (see the screenshot below).
Though when I click on the column, it shows that the time to first response on average was less than 4 hours.
Any ideas what can be the reason for that?
