Time in Status for Jira Cloud for Service Desk

Yes, our app calculates status duration data for Service Desk.

Hi @Skience NYL Bitbucket Acct (Tag Giese's old acct)

It appears it does - if you check the application on the Marketplace, you'll see just under the title it's tagged with "Jira Service Desk", where it takes into account SLAs.
